Great day...

SO...

One would think we would be bouncing off the walls today.  We got the call about the house information we have been waiting for!!!!!  One relief for a bit. 

I got a call about an interview...it may be retail but it would be a great networking job and a really fun job!

BUT,

Then I remember that 3 years ago tomorrow Sam and I got married (ok seriously that is not a bad thing) BUT we have never taken a honeymoon let alone a trip together that did not involve going to Indiana to see family.  I really would like us to go somewhere but it just has never been possible.  Always a more practical way to spend or save the money.  We give up all the fun things just to make our family work and to get our house. 

This really is not a sap blog post, promise...I am just a little sad that a trip is not in our near future at all!!!!  We ALWAYS have some family trip to take (and we LOVE our family) but that eats up all the vacation time...so needless to say, we not only don't have the money, but we don't have the time. 

On the plus side, if I get this job, MAYBE we can take a family trip...and maybe not tell anyone until after we are back...hahaha

Also all of you reading this should be super proud of me that I actually remembered that our anniversary is tomorrow.  If you really know me, you know that I am really not good with remembering that.  I am great with birthdays and phone numbers but not really anything else (not that I still don't get birthday cards out late too).
